Planex Invest was established in 2004 operating in: design and construction of residential, industrial and public buildings and facilities, implementation of construction and real estate investment projects, property sales, buildings maintenance and management.
Planex Invest offers a variety of services: project management, control system of the entire design and construction process, property sales, buildings maintenance, property management, etc.
Planex Invest is certified to ISO 9001:2015 by DNV GL – Business Assurance, Certificate No. 175212-2015-AQ-BGR-RvA
The company has offices in Varna and Sofia.

1996
Planex Ltd. is established as an investment construction company
2004
Planex Invest (PLH Invest) becomes part of Planex Holding Ltd. with 12 employees and carries out the construction of Planex Holding’s investment projects.
2005
Construction of the company’s first investment projects is under way – holiday villages Sozopol Dreams, Splendid and Sirena.
2005
Sofia office starts operating.
2005
Facility Management as support service is added to our activities to deliver most effective solutions.
2006
Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000 is implemented.
2008
Boutique Residence residential complex is awarded the special prize in Building of the Year Awards.
2009
The landmark of 100 000 sq.m. of managed buildings’ space is reached (or 1,076,391 ft² floor area).
2010
Villa Allegra is nominated for quality construction in the prestigious Building of the Year national contest.
2010
Viva residential complex of four buildings and more than 70 000 sq.m (or 753,474 ft² GFA) living space is complete. It is the special prize winner for harmoniously created urban environment award in the national Building of the Year contest.
2011
PLHome brand for buildings and properties maintenance & management is launched.
2012
Mom and Me Children's Centre opens.

My Vacation in Bulgaria trademark is registered for letting holiday properties.
2014
PLHome’s managed property space reaches 200 000 sq.m.2 (or 2,152,782 ft² GFA).

Planex Invest becomes a member of the Bulgarian Facility Management Association (BGFMA).
2016
Aquarelle Residence complex is the Grand Prize winner in the Building of the Year national awards in the residential complex category.

PLHome’s managed property space in Sofia reaches 43 000 sq.m. (or 462,848 ft² GFA).
